Ezdan Hotels West Bay, part of Ezdan Holding Group and one of the largest hotel and suite properties in the Middle East with over 3,000 rooms, needed to deliver fast, reliable Wi‑Fi to guests in a market with very high smartphone penetration. The hotel faced the challenge of providing wireless coverage across extensive guest rooms and common areas while avoiding labor‑intensive manual AP configuration, ensuring scalability, security and cost‑effective cabling.

Ezdan selected Aruba Networks and integration partner Qatar Datamation Systems to deploy Aruba Mobility Controllers, ~1,905 Aruba access points and AirWave network management, completed in three months with no guest disruption. The centralized, automated solution extended coverage by serving multiple rooms per AP, reduced cabling and CapEx, supported secure services for over 32,000 devices, and delivered single‑pane visibility plus real‑time monitoring—improving reliability and enabling new premium service opportunities.
