A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study
Pairi Daiza is Belgium’s top tourist attraction—an immersive 70‑hectare wildlife park with hotels and themed “worlds” that wanted to become a year‑round destination and expand conferences and overnight stays. The park had a flat, unreliable network and needed enterprise‑grade connectivity that wouldn’t spoil the natural look and feel, could be managed by a very small team, and would support new guest services across the site.
Working with Aruba, Pairi Daiza deployed a unified Aruba architecture—Wi‑Fi 6/802.11ac APs hidden in 300 designer lamp posts, controllers, campus switches, ClearPass, AirWave and Dynamic Segmentation—plus automated policy and multicast optimization. The result is high‑availability, high‑performance seamless coverage with simplified SSIDs/VLANs, single‑pane management, automated security and templates for faster expansion, enabling better guest experiences and efficient year‑round operations.
