Case Study: Al‑Nassr FC builds a wireless‑first smart campus and scales fan engagement with HPE Aruba Networking

A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study

Preview of the Al-Nassr FC Case Study

Digital layer kicks off football’s new image

Al‑Nassr FC, a leading football club in Saudi Arabia, set out to modernize fan engagement and streamline matchday operations by creating a smart, wireless‑first sports campus. The club needed a unified network across multiple locations to simplify deployment of IoT, biometric systems and high‑quality content capture while maximizing opportunities for global content distribution.

HPE Aruba Networking delivered a full edge‑to‑cloud solution—Wi‑Fi 7 access points, CX switches, EdgeConnect SD‑WAN, Central and ClearPass—creating a cable‑less environment and centralizing network operations across 20 sites. The upgrade enabled a dedicated TV channel, grew weekly network users from 300 to 10,000, and made large‑scale IoT and content workflows simple and scalable.
