Gloria Hotels & Resorts, a luxury resort operator on Turkey’s Belek coast, needed to ensure flawless digital experiences across its 2,400,000 m² site where guests stream, video‑call and work from the beach, long‑stay villas and event venues. High peak demand (as many as 10,000 connected devices), heavy beach usage, corporate guests and large events threatened to undermine the service standards that drive the resort’s 45% repeat guest rate.

Working with Acro Teknoloji, Gloria deployed an HPE Aruba Networking backbone—CX core and access switches, Wi‑Fi 6 access points in rooms, mobility controllers, gateways, Meridian location services and UXI sensors—plus 10 Gb fiber links between on‑site data centers. The solution delivers seamless, segmentable bandwidth for guests and teams, reliable arena Wi‑Fi, real‑time monitoring of network health and uninterrupted connectivity across the property, materially strengthening the guest experience and operational mobility.
