A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study
Medizinisches Labor Nord, a German diagnostic provider, faced rising demand and the risk that delays or outages could compromise patient care and healthcare operations. The lab needed continuous availability, scalable storage, and stronger disaster recovery to process more tests faster while protecting sensitive patient data.
Working with HPE and partner enthus Group, the lab deployed a georedundant IT architecture using HPE Alletra storage, ProLiant and Apollo servers, Aruba networking and Tech Care services. The upgrade boosted throughput by about 30% (now 8,000–10,000 samples daily), delivered uninterrupted (100%) system availability, sped up decision-making and collaboration, strengthened data security, and positioned the lab for future growth.
