A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study
Covenant Christian School (CCS) is a private K–12 school in operation since 1978 with about 900 students across nine campus buildings and a fleet of ~370 laptops. As CCS rolled out a one-to-one program and saw rising use of personal devices, its existing network struggled to deliver reliable, manageable wireless access that met the school’s ethical and parental-control requirements on a limited budget.
Working with Accucom, CCS trialed multiple vendors and selected an Aruba controller-based wireless solution with AirWave network management and multiple APs. The deployment gave staff full visibility and control over who and what is on the network, addressed browsing and device restrictions, and scaled classroom coverage—resulting in dependable connectivity, appropriate student access controls, and a system that can grow with the school.
