Builders FirstSource, a leading U.S. supplier and manufacturer of structural building products with ~26,000 employees across 550 locations, faced a complex, router‑centric WAN that backhauled traffic to two data centers, was hard to manage, and could not keep pace with growth. The company needed a simpler, centrally managed edge solution that supported multiple interfaces, improved application performance and reliability, and standardized deployments.

Builders FirstSource deployed the Aruba EdgeConnect Enterprise SD‑WAN platform with Aruba Boost and Orchestrator to bond links, apply QoS, enable path conditioning and centralized templates, and add WAN optimization where needed.
