A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study

Preview of the Annie Wright Schools Case Study

Bringing clarity to the student experience

Annie Wright Schools, a K–12 International Baccalaureate school in Tacoma, Washington founded in 1884, needed reliable, campus‑wide wireless to support digital learning, a comfortable boarding experience, and simplified network management for an in‑house IT team of two. The school’s goals included creating a wireless‑first environment, keeping network technology current, and adopting Network as a Service to deliver consistent coverage and predictable costs.

HPE deployed Aruba Wi‑Fi 6/6E access points with ClearPass policy management, Aruba Central, and HPE GreenLake for Networking (NaaS) to modernize and manage the campus network. The rollout improved connectivity across the four‑division campus, reduced the IT team’s operational burden, and delivered predictable network costs.
