A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study
BOZAR, Brussels’ Centre for Fine Arts housed in a seven‑storey Victor Horta building, runs concerts, exhibitions and events but owns no permanent collection. After growing from ~300,000 to 1.3 million annual visitors, it needed to modernize without harming the Art Nouveau architecture: consistent high‑performance Wi‑Fi across a complex site, secure segmented access for visitors, staff and clients, support for a new mobile app and digital wayfinding, and GDPR‑compliant capacity for thousands of simultaneous users.
BOZAR deployed an Aruba Mobile‑First architecture — indoor/outdoor 802.11ac APs, controllers, campus switches, ClearPass NAC, AirWave management, 200 BLE beacons and Aruba Meridian for mapping and campaigns — powering the BOZAR app. The result is city‑leading, unobtrusive wireless coverage, role‑based security, seamless wayfinding and multimedia guides, richer marketing data and smoother operations for staff, exhibitors and content creators, with the scale and flexibility to support continued growth.
