Facing the challenge of retrofitting and equipping multiple buildings to deliver a flexible, always‑available digital workplace, the company needed high‑density wired and wireless connectivity, mobile engagement, secure multi‑tenant access, seamless room booking and roaming for a highly mobile membership.

Christie Spaces implemented Aruba’s 802.11ac indoor/outdoor APs, 7210 controllers, Mobility Access switches, AirWave for network insights, ClearPass for context‑based access control, and the Meridian mobile app with Bluetooth beacons. The deployment delivered pervasive high‑speed connectivity and secure, user self‑onboarding across buildings, analytics-driven uptime and seamless roaming, plus app‑based room booking and wayfinding—helping attract visitors and support thousands of users reliably.
