Vesting Finance, a Dutch financial-services firm that grew to 650 employees across five offices, consolidated into a new five‑floor head office in Amersfoort and aimed to shift to mobile, flexible working. The challenge was to deliver a fully wireless, scalable and resilient network that supported Citrix VDI, Office 365, Skype for Business and call‑center apps while enabling hot‑desking, segmentation and strict security controls.

Unica Schutte ICT deployed an Aruba solution—ClearPass, AirWave, Mobility Master/ArubaOS 8, Aruba access points, controllers and switches—to centralize policy, simplify management and ensure redundancy. The rollout enabled hot‑desking and secure remote access, increased staff productivity, paved the way to close five satellite offices, and created a platform for future IoT, location‑based services and smart‑building initiatives.
