A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study
FordHarrison, a U.S. labor and employment law firm with about 200 lawyers in 29 offices, faced unreliable application and voice access because its single‑provider MPLS WAN offered no visibility and frequent outages. Those network problems impaired attorney productivity and threatened the firm’s ability to deliver consistent client service.
The firm deployed Aruba EdgeConnect SD‑WAN and the Orchestrator console across 25 offices and in Azure, replacing MPLS with dual bonded internet links and a cloud VoIP solution. The rollout improved application performance and reliability, eliminated downtime from circuit outages, enabled a rapid shift to remote work during COVID‑19, and gave IT centralized, granular visibility for faster troubleshooting and stronger trust from attorneys.
