A HPE Aruba Networking Case Study
Anáhuac Querétaro is a higher education institution in Mexico (founded in 1964) occupying 27,000 m² and serving a community of over 6,000 students, faculty and staff. The campus needed secure, ubiquitous, always‑on Wi‑Fi to support thousands of concurrent mobile devices, run educational and social apps, and provide visibility into network traffic and devices to maintain an optimal user experience.
By deploying Aruba Wi‑Fi and switching with ClearPass for wired and wireless authentication and policy enforcement, the university gained high‑performance connectivity managed from a single platform. The rollout reduced dependence on wired networks, delivered consistent, optimized access for students and faculty, and successfully supported up to 6,800 concurrent devices.
