AirWave Helps Christian Resource Provider Manage its Wireless Network

LifeWay Christian Resources is a large nonprofit retailer and conference operator that runs a distributed wireless network across its Nashville headquarters, a distribution center and multiple conference centers. Supporting more than 150 access points with a two-person IT team proved difficult—especially at remote conference sites where wireless availability is mission-critical and there was no dedicated onsite IT—creating a need for remote visibility, capacity planning and automated configuration management.

LifeWay deployed Aruba’s AirWave Wireless Management Suite (AWMS-200) to gain real-time, web-based diagnostics and remote control, predictive coverage and capacity reports, and group-based automated configuration and auditing of APs. The solution dramatically reduced troubleshooting time, ensured proper coverage and capacity, kept device configurations compliant, and lowered the management burden—enabling the small IT team to support 24/7 operations and confidently expand the network.
