Pueblo Bonito, a six‑property luxury hotel chain in Mexico, needed to modernize its network to meet rising guest expectations and support expanding digital services without disrupting daily operations. After assessing site and guest needs, the IT team launched a hotel‑wide connectivity overhaul starting in 2020 to ensure infrastructure could handle more devices and deliver a seamless guest experience.

They deployed HPE Aruba Networking hardware (wireless APs and 2930F switches) plus Aruba Central and ClearPass for centralized monitoring, policy control and heatmap‑driven coverage optimization. The rollout delivered stable, centrally managed Wi‑Fi, faster issue resolution, simplified guest access and higher satisfaction, while enabling analytics and personalization as Pueblo Bonito continues to expand.
