A Hoxhunt Case Study

Preview of the Bird & Bird Case Study

Bird & Bird cybersecurity rules in favor of the Hoxhunt Human Risk Management Platform

Bird & Bird, the international law firm headquartered in London, needed to strengthen its cybersecurity posture as major clients in the financial sector increasingly scrutinized law firm risk. With highly sensitive client data to protect and a workforce of 3,300+ partners and staff across 31 offices, the firm faced constant pressure from sophisticated phishing and targeted attacks. To address this, Bird & Bird turned to Hoxhunt’s Human Risk Management Platform.

Hoxhunt helped Bird & Bird shift to a people-first, continuous security training approach using adaptive phishing simulations and micro-training. The results were significant: resilience ratio rose 613% (5.3 to 37.8), success rate improved 41.7% (48% to 68%), failure rate dropped 80% (9% to 1.8%), miss rate fell 33% (43% to 28.8%), and real threat detection increased 1400% from 60 to 900 reports per month. Within a year, 60% of users reported a suspicious or malicious email, showing that Hoxhunt materially improved both employee behavior and incident reporting.
