Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), an independent think tank focused on defence, security, and international affairs, needed a way to bring together 25 assessors from around the world to collaborate on a research project. Because the experts were spread across multiple time zones, RUSI needed a solution that supported both synchronous and asynchronous participation.

Howspace provided the platform for RUSI’s Horizon Scan project, enabling live workshops, ongoing discussion, and access to all documents and resources in one place. With Howspace, RUSI was able to improve collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement, while making sure every voice could be heard; participants also gave positive feedback on how easy the platform was to navigate and use.
