Powering collaboration and contribution mentorship program for Ukrainian startups

Ukrainian Future Business Incubator, a Ukraine-based incubator supporting startups and student entrepreneurs, needed a way to run a virtual mentorship program during the war. Their challenge was to connect participants, mentors, and investors across different countries and locations while keeping communication, files, and program information organized in one accessible place. They turned to Howspace for a platform that could support this online collaboration.

Using Howspace, Ukrainian Future built a structured digital workspace for the mentorship program, with sections for introductions, mentors, investors, and partners. The platform helped the incubator run a successful program, foster collaboration, and build a strong startup community that continued to connect before and after the program. The results included 14 startups selected instead of the planned 10 due to strong applications, positive feedback from participants, continued use of Howspace, and even one participant, Igor Klymenko, later winning the Global Student Prize of $100,000.
