Case Study: Nitor achieves global, engaging online training with Howspace

Nitor’s lessons on how digital facilitation can support learning and training design

Nitor, a digital engineering and consulting firm, needed to quickly transform its in-person trainings into a digital format when the pandemic forced professional work online. They wanted a more agile way to deliver learning that could work across different continents and time zones, and had previously used Howspace mainly as a material-sharing tool.

Howspace helped Nitor expand its use of the platform into full digital facilitation for online training programs. With Howspace, Nitor could engage participants before live sessions, encourage more active participation, host the entire learning journey in one shared space, and support global collaboration; as a result, Nitor delivered over a hundred online trainings within the first year or so of COVID-19, and Howspace became part of almost all of its training offerings.
