A Howspace Case Study
nexus Institut, a participation and cooperation management institute, needed a central point of contact for citizens before, during, and after its multi-week engagement programs, which run both in person and via Zoom. The organization wanted a simple, intuitive way to share documents, results, and dialogue with participants of varying tech skills, and turned to Howspace for support.
With Howspace, nexus Institut created an easy-to-use collaboration hub for registration, communication, feedback, and sharing event outcomes across the whole participation process. The platform reduced reliance on email, improved communication and structure, enabled participants to exchange ideas and ask organizers questions, and even replaced some manual prioritization work with the like function; nexus now uses Howspace for most events, especially those with 50–200 participants.
