Milestone Coaching & Consulting worked with Aktia, a Finnish bank, asset manager, and life insurer, to develop its corporate culture in a way that would create more openness and community in a traditionally hierarchical industry. Using Howspace’s digital collaboration platform, they needed a better way to engage employees in meaningful culture work beyond conventional meetings.

Howspace helped Milestone and Aktia run the process with rising talents, line managers, and senior leaders, combining digital facilitation, service design methods, live streaming, and AI-supported dialogue on the platform. The result was a highly interactive virtual “Aktia Day” that improved participation and equality by involving more people from the start, enabling real-time discussion and summary, and replacing video-meeting fatigue with an engaging experience.
