Implement & E.on helped more than 200 managers to evolve together

Implement Consulting Group worked with Howspace to support a leadership programme for more than 200 executives from E.ON Nordics. Their challenge was to find an intuitive digital platform that participants could use easily without technical support, while still encouraging active involvement before, between, and during learning sessions.

Using Howspace as the hub for programme communication, assignments, and peer sharing, the executives were able to collaborate more flexibly and maintain continuous contact throughout the programme. Howspace helped create a safe environment for dialogue, improved engagement and commitment, and broadened the learning experience by connecting it more closely to everyday work.
