How RÖTT uses Howspace to reinvent leadership training

RÖTT, a Swedish consultancy that helps clients develop customer experiences, needed a digital platform to support an internal leadership program for one of its customers, Aleris, a major Nordic healthcare company. To meet this challenge, RÖTT turned to Howspace, using the platform to build a blended learning program for leadership training.

Together with Aleris, RÖTT implemented a tailored twelve-month program on Howspace that combined workshops, assignments, and collaboration with colleagues. According to the case study, Howspace reduced administration and time spent managing the program, centralized all materials in one place, improved peer learning and experience sharing, and provided useful engagement statistics to guide future development.
