Helsinki Marketing unites a network of professionals to develop the tourist industry

Helsinki Marketing, a network that supports the tourist industry in Helsinki, needed a better way to improve communication and participation across its cooperation network, Makers of Helsinki. Newsletters alone were not enough to keep partner companies informed or actively involved, so they turned to Howspace for more interactive collaboration.

Howspace was implemented just before the pandemic and quickly became the hub for virtual collaboration when in-person events were stopped. The solution improved the sense of community, made it easier to share training and event materials, and increased participation before, during, and after workshops; members now visit the workspace at least once a week, and poll responses have become more frequent.
