A Howspace Case Study

Preview of the Senate Properties Case Study

As many as 75% of Senate Properties employees engage in co-creation every month

Senate Properties, the Finnish government’s work environment partner, needed a better way to support collaboration because state agencies lacked a centralized system for joint communication, especially when external partners were involved. The organization wanted a secure, practical way to bring together large, distributed groups across long-running public-sector projects.

Howspace was introduced to digitize and streamline collaboration across leadership coaching, facility renovations, management meetings, HR training, and strategy work. With Howspace, Senate Properties reduced travel, venue, and accommodation costs, and one annual leadership event came in at well under a tenth of the face-to-face price; monthly internal management information events now reach up to 75% of personnel, showing a major increase in engagement.
