With only a 9% engagement rate in training, the company struggled with a lack of structure, difficulty helping employees find resources, and a user experience that made training feel burdensome. Using HowNow’s Pathways feature, Lyon Stahl created step-by-step training journeys that guided agents through required modules in a clear sequence, with support from HowNow’s Customer Experience Team. The result was a jump in learning adoption from 9% to 100%, a 91 percentage point increase in just three months, and training for more than 50 real estate agents. HowNow also helped reduce repetitive questions for managers, freeing them to focus on higher-value work.
