Jumbo Interactive worked with HowNow to move from a limited L&D model to more relevant learning pathways for its core business skills. The company wanted learning that fit its culture and ways of working, instead of ad hoc external training requests that often felt disconnected from employees’ day-to-day needs.
Using HowNow+ content curation services, HowNow helped Jumbo design and launch tailored learning pathways and certifications in just a few weeks. After discovery and feedback sessions, HowNow built 12 playlists covering topics like leadership, communication, DEI, data literacy and agile methods, with access to more than 5,000 curated learning resources; Jumbo also shared 750+ pieces of content across teams, and one customer service certification was completed by half the team within three months of launch.
