Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston (IMGH) wanted to build a stronger learning culture but was seeing low engagement with its existing learning platforms, leaving employees with limited training usage and managers without enough support to develop leadership skills. With HowNow, IMGH looked for a more structured and accessible way to deliver learning, using the platform’s Pathways feature and content library to create clearer training experiences.

HowNow helped IMGH build tailored manager pathways covering topics like coaching, conflict resolution, and employment law, supported by more than 10,000 curated learning resources and skills mapped to over 120 job roles. The results were strong: the first manager cohort reached a 50% completion rate, and the second climbed to 83%, while participants reported greater confidence and the organisation saw more collaboration and problem-solving across mid-level managers.
