FitFlop, the retail footwear company with 250+ employees, wanted to improve employee engagement in learning and development after its 2022 survey showed L&D was one of the top areas people wanted to improve. They worked with HowNow to provide more accessible development opportunities across the business, including mobile learning for retail staff and clearer career pathways.

HowNow helped FitFlop roll out a People Leader Development Toolkit, mobile app access for on-the-job learning, and integrated career development pathways linked to HRIS data. The results included close to 50% participation in the toolkit, a 13% increase in leader check-ins with their teams, and 69% of employees responding positively that they had access to the L&D they needed to do their job well, along with 68% saying FitFlop is a great company to make a contribution to their development.
