Radius, a UK-based global business services company operating in 19 countries, wanted to build a stronger learning culture beyond compliance training and qualifications. It partnered with HowNow after employees highlighted gaps in knowledge sharing and collaboration that were affecting customer and sales relationships, and the team needed a learning platform that could support onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling.
With HowNow’s learning platform, Radius launched a more intuitive, scalable learning experience to support global induction, customer service skills, and management capability development. In the first month, more than 50% of employees activated their accounts, and 68% of employees later responded positively that they were being developed at Radius; the L&D team also noted low user issues and strong early engagement as signs of progress.
