Improving Visibility and Efficiency for Neighbourhood Officers with Housing Support Pro

Equity Housing Group, a Stockport-based housing provider, was working to become more customer-centric by improving its neighbourhood service. As more mobile officers were needed in the community, they were still being pulled back to the office to complete paperwork, reducing time with tenants and limiting their visibility and accessibility. Housing Support Pro was introduced by vendor Housing Support Pro to address these field-working challenges.

Housing Support Pro implemented Housing Support Pro through a framework agreement, integrating it with Equity Housing Group’s existing Civica system and allowing officers to access tenant records, complete forms, and make decisions while in the field. The result was improved efficiency and data gathering, with expected time savings for neighbourhood officers and more time spent with tenants in their wards. Equity Housing Group also expected to benefit from features like bulk text messaging, supporting better customer service and operational gains.
