Frontier Air Conditioning is a family-owned HVAC business from Mission, Texas, founded in 2006. Jay implemented Housecall Pro, which instantly improved quoting, lead management, marketing and after-hours capture using Price Book templates, a Pipeline, SMS/email integrations, automated follow-ups and an AI phone tool. The system streamlined technician workflows, recovered large stalled jobs (including a $39K install), enabled new services like insulation that raised average ticket value, and helped Frontier scale from under $1M to a $6M annual revenue forecast.
