The Special Olympics World Games, Abu Dhabi, faced the challenge of humanizing the UAE brand by bringing the 2019 World Games, the world's biggest humanitarian sporting event, to life across social media. House of Comms was enlisted to manage the live event coverage and social media strategy for the event.

House of Comms implemented a human-focused photography strategy, commissioning 28 photographers and special guest Brandon Stanton to capture the stories of the 7,000 athletes. The resulting content captured the on-ground action for a global audience. The impact was 2.9 billion impressions and 47 million social media interactions, with event hashtags trending for six days solid, successfully showcasing the athletes' stories and the UAE's inclusive nature.
