Citizens Advice required a website redesign to better communicate its wide range of free, impartial advice services and make critical information easier for local users to find and manage. Hotfoot Design was commissioned to lead a complete transformation of the digital experience for Citizens Advice North Lancashire, focusing on creating a professional, trustworthy, and accessible platform.

Hotfoot Design implemented a user-centered solution, beginning with strategy and user journey mapping, followed by a new sitemap, wireframes, and a fresh visual design. They delivered a responsive front-end with custom HTML/CSS and a flexible back-end CMS for easy content management. The result is a mobile-friendly site that clearly guides users to support for housing, debt, benefits, and other rights, enhancing accessibility and trust. The project by Hotfoot Design has been recognized with industry awards including The Drum Recommended and The Bibas.
