To support this goal, Dusit International partnered with The Hotels Network and tested website personalization tools designed to enhance the guest booking experience.
The Hotels Network implemented an A/B test across 9 properties using features such as Reviews Summary, Smart Notes, Price Comparison, Exit Intent pop-ups, and Save Your Search emails. The result was a 57.5% average increase in website conversion rate across the tested hotels, prompting Dusit International to roll out The Hotels Network more broadly.
