Zing Hotels & Resorts in Thailand, a 3-star hotel group in Pattaya, was struggling with a legacy system that lacked centralized control, real-time channel and booking integrations, mobile access, and unified guest data. These gaps made it harder for the group to increase online sales, avoid overbookings, improve guest satisfaction, and make data-driven decisions, so it turned to Hotelogix PMS.

Hotelogix implemented a cloud-based multi-property management system with a Mobile PMS App, Channel Manager integration, and Booking Engine integration. As a result, Zing Hotels & Resorts gained centralized operations, automated workflows, and dynamic pricing, helping drive about 7%–8% year-over-year OTA sales growth, 5%–6% higher direct website sales, and consistent occupancy of around 85%, while also eliminating overbookings and improving RevPAR.
