Royal Crown Group, a Dubai-based hospitality management firm operating multiple hotels in Dubai and Baku, needed a better way to centrally manage growing multi-property operations. Its outdated server-based system created bottlenecks, limited reporting, made it hard to track guest preferences, and couldn’t support rapid expansion or compliance needs. Royal Crown Group turned to Hotelogix PMS to modernize its operations.
