Prime Asia Hotel Expands Business with Hotelogix Multi-PMS

Prime Asia Hotel, a growing hotel group in the Philippines, wanted to scale beyond a single property but was held back by a local system with limited features. The team needed centralized multi-property control, better online sales capabilities, automation, and access to data and reports. To support its expansion, Prime Asia Hotel turned to Hotelogix and its cloud PMS, including multi-property management, channel manager integration, a mobile PMS app, and web booking engine integration.

Hotelogix implemented an all-in-one cloud-based PMS that automated daily operations, centralized control across properties, and enabled staff to manage the business on the go. The results included the successful addition of Kalinto Resort under the group, 90% time savings on daily tasks through channel manager automation, and a 3% increase in OTA sales in January–June 2024 versus July–December 2023. Prime Asia Hotel also gained easy access to reports for data-driven decisions, while Hotelogix helped keep overhead costs under control.
