Pikes Peak Resort is a 160-acre mountain ranch in Colorado that offers a luxury wilderness getaway. The property struggled with an aging on‑premise PMS that required heavy manual intervention, lacked channel-manager integration and remote access, made reporting and accounting tedious, and increased the risk of errors and overbooking.
