Paradise & Wilderness Group in Africa realises its expansion goals with Hotelogix

Paradise & Wilderness Group, a growing hospitality operator with 21 lodges, resorts, and boutique hotels across Tanzania and Zanzibar, needed a way to centrally manage its expanding multi-property business. Its previous locally sourced system lacked multi-property capabilities, making it difficult to control operations, rates, and reporting across all properties. The group chose Hotelogix’s cloud-based multi-property management system to support its growth.

Hotelogix implemented a centralized platform that unified group-level revenue management, added channel manager connectivity for stronger OTA sales, and integrated a booking engine to drive more direct website bookings. Hotelogix also helped Paradise & Wilderness Group comply with Tanzania Revenue Authority e-invoicing requirements, while improving access to group-wide reports and guest history. The company said the rollout was fast and seamless, with dedicated support, and now has centralized control across all 21 properties.
