Olive Living sees 2X boost in its revenue with Hotelogix

Olive Living, the co-living and hospitality division of Embassy Group, was scaling rapidly but struggled to manage more than 25 properties with centralized control, automation, OTA distribution, reporting, and self-check-in using its earlier on-premises setup. To support its growth, Olive Living partnered with Hotelogix and moved its group-wide operations to the cloud with Hotelogix’s multi-property management system, Channel Manager integration, and kiosk integration.

Hotelogix implemented a centralized cloud platform that streamlined operations across properties, enabled real-time OTA distribution, and connected with Olive Living’s in-house kiosk for self-check-in. As a result, Olive Living achieved 90% time savings on distribution tasks, a 2X increase in OTA revenue in 2023 versus 2022, and roughly 2% growth in ARR, 1.5% in RevPAR, and 2% higher occupancy, while also improving productivity and supporting expansion without added overhead.
