Hotel Heranya is a 17-room, family-run leisure hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal, that was operating largely manually and facing frequent overbooking, manual OTA inventory and rate distribution, separate POS mismanagement, limited reporting, and an inability to scale. These operational gaps prompted the hotel to seek a feature-rich, easy-to-use cloud PMS.
