Kilifi Maghreb is a 19-room boutique hotel on the Kenyan coast that struggled with manual operations—managing bookings and transactions in Excel led to overbookings, missed guest emails, payment tracking errors and a poor operational workflow that threatened growth and guest experience.
In September 2016 they implemented Hotelogix’s cloud PMS, which centralized reservations, inventory and rate management. Within six months the hotel saw higher occupancy, faster reservation processing (tasks cut from half a day to minutes), easier rate/discount management and more staff time to focus on guests, supported by simple setup and strong customer service.
