Hotelogix: The preferred PMS for Ramat Niseko Lodge

Ramat and Snowgum Lodges are two neighboring ski lodges in Hirafu, Niseko, Japan, offering a mix of ensuite and shared accommodation. The properties had been hampered by a previous PMS (RoomBoss) that couldn’t integrate point-of-sale charges with guest folios, manage multiple booking channels from a single inventory, or handle XML connectivity and card processing—creating inefficient billing and time-consuming manual work.

After a free trial, Ramat Niseko implemented Hotelogix, which delivered POS-to-room charge integration, centralized availability across channels (including Booking.com), XML connectivity and card processing, plus easy financial exports. Combined with helpful training tools and responsive support, the switch streamlined billing, reduced manual data entry, improved channel management and sped up staff onboarding; Hotelogix is also evaluating a suggested Training Mode to further aid staff training.
