Hotelogix Multi-property solution powers expansion of KSA-based Quiet Dreams that adds another property to its portfolio

Quiet Dreams Group, a growing accommodation provider in Saudi Arabia with five properties and 254 rooms, needed a better way to manage multi-property operations than its restrictive on-premises PMS. The legacy system created higher CAPEX, limited centralized reporting, and made it difficult to consolidate guest data and support integrations, prompting the group to seek a more scalable solution from Hotelogix.

Hotelogix implemented its multi-property hotel PMS with single sign-on, a Mobile Hotel PMS App, POS, channel manager connectivity, and real-time integration with the National Tourism Monitoring Platform. The transition was fast and smooth, with data migration and training support, helping Quiet Dreams Group reduce infrastructure costs, improve OTA rate and availability updates, avoid double bookings, and add its fifth property in 2021. Hotelogix also enabled compliance in Saudi Arabia and helped the group save significantly on software ownership and IT investment.
