Camp Eagle, a 285-room adventure retreat in Texas, needed to automate front-desk operations, prevent double bookings across its campus lodging, and give guests the option to book online while letting staff remotely view availability. With growing programs, guests and employees, the property required a system that staff could use quickly and from anywhere.

After a quick trial, Camp Eagle implemented Hotelogix PMS (FrontDesk module, Web Booking Engine and payment gateway). Staff were fully comfortable within a month, workflows were simplified, double bookings were eliminated, time was saved, and guests can now book directly online—making Camp Eagle a satisfied Hotelogix customer since June 2011.
