Goldfinch Hotels in India sees a 10% boost in its group revenue with Hotelogix

Goldfinch Hotels, a six-property hospitality group in India, was struggling to centrally manage operations across its hotels with an on-premises PMS. The lack of automation, poor access to group-wide data, limited OTA integration, and difficulty managing F&B outlets and daily rates created inefficiencies, errors, and revenue challenges. Hotelogix was brought in as the vendor, using its cloud-based hotel PMS and multi-property management capabilities.

Hotelogix implemented a cloud PMS with a mobile app, third-party channel manager integration, and POS integration to give Goldfinch Hotels centralized control over reservations, distribution, and restaurant operations. The result was stronger automation, easier reporting, real-time inventory distribution, and no double bookings, helping the group improve performance significantly. Goldfinch Hotels reported about a 10% boost in revenue, a 12% increase in RevPAR, and a 15% rise in ARR in 2023 versus 2022 thanks to Hotelogix.
