Hotel Hlid is a 21-room country hotel in Ölfus, Iceland, that fell into disorganized operations after a new management team of three partners began running the property from different locations. Relying on notebooks, Excel sheets and emails caused lost or misread information and even booking cancellations, so the team needed a cloud-based system that allowed remote, consistent access and automated workflows.
