How an international vacation rental management company built an in-house platform based on the Hostfully API

Emerge Rental Network, founded by Ian Hart, is a virtual vacation rental management company that helps property owners in Latin America access North American and European travelers. The company faced a lack of off-the-shelf software to provide manager and owner portals, multi-channel distribution, pricing automation and payment handling in markets with limited transfer systems — and turned to Hostfully’s open API and Property Management Platform (PMP) to fill those gaps.

Using the Hostfully API and PMP, Emerge built an in-house platform that imports bookings, synchronizes listings across Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, manages leads, automates dynamic pricing and handles payments, while integrating Twilio and Amazon Email for guest communication and connecting to Emerge’s Host Secure and Latin Hosts services. Hostfully’s integrations enabled Emerge Rental Network to launch its service, scale distribution and operations, give owners clear financial visibility, and automate workflows that previously required manual effort.
