AlohaHosting, a full-service short-term rental property management company based in Liverpool, UK, used Hostfully to manage 40 listings. As the business grew, co-founder William Zhong found that their previous PMS could only trigger messages based on days before check-in and required unique templates for each property, making guest communication and property onboarding increasingly difficult.

With Hostfully’s triggers, templates, and custom fields, AlohaHosting centralized its guest messaging into dynamic templates that could be reused across listings. This cut their template library from 150 to 20, eliminated duplicate guest messages, and saved about 45 minutes onboarding each new property. Hostfully also reduced the time needed to make global template changes from hours to minutes.
